Like i said, i LOVE colored pencils. i can't stand crayons or markers unless they're copic. so its usually penicl or colored pencils, sometimes pastels. you just gotta practice. you have no problem when it comes to actually getting colors right. i think you just have to press harder and blend/layer more. you'll learn to love colored pencils. trust me, they're amazing.
